Stratus Turns One

Our first ever blog had to acknowledge the monumental achievement of us turning one.

By no means an easy attempt in todays climate, with the cost of everything rising and global uncertainty, it would feel most days you are wading through water to see a tiny shred of hope for the future. Between the late nights replying to emails, to the daily calls and Team meetings….. it really starts to be true to its name …’The Grind”.

If there is any tips or advice that we can bestow onto any companies in the process of establishment, it would be:

• Celebrate those small wins as much as the big ones.

• Be proud that you have taken a chance on the unknown and have not been swayed by the constant barrage of negativity.

• Align with yourself with people who want to see you win.

The days are long and the years are short is the phrase that could sum up the nature of Start Ups, however with our newly achieved Sitewise Gold Status and our new Operations Coordinator onboard (Stay tuned for a proper introduction), The future is looking bright and we are ready to embrace it.
